The Pine Ridge Home Owners Association Board unanimously voted to raise assessment dues beginning in 2026. The Board cited a consistent rise in services costs for the increase.
The dues will increase to $160 annually. The increase totals $15 from the previous assessment of $145.
Homeowners must have their dues paid on or before February 28, 2026.
